CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes changes need to be made. In order to better serve all of our clients, we kindly ask that you respect the following cancellation policy: • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service fee. • No-shows will be charged the full price (100%) of the scheduled service. This policy allows us to offer appointments to clients who may be on our waiting list. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
